Priya Marie said... Prior to arrival the flight was booked on a particular day and an itinerary (for non related activities) was built around the flight. Post multiple conversations over the phone in regards to bushfires we were confirmed to come. Late notice from the operator advising the flight did not operate on the day of booking. Personal Itinerary happily changed by us to fit in flight. Turned up after a very long drive from the Victoria/NSW border only to find the Pilot was unfortunately unavailable because of unforeseen circumstances. Not the operators fault. Refund very easy to obtain.
