At first , we don’t know how many seats for this tour, so I was thinking the cruise is small (around max 20 people each trip) and we can enjoy the meals with table. However , we checked in and found that more than 40 people were waiting.
The cruise was too crowded and some people couldn't find a seat. Some of passengers were elderly, it was not convenient for them to stand on cruise long time. The three course meal was provided by buffet. People need to get the food and hold the plate to eat.
The company was overbooked, it was a bad experience for my family and friends. It was supposed to sit comfortable and have more space to take pictures. The trip couldn’t give us what we want to be.
We were decide to celebrate my mum’s birthday on cruise and prepared the cake after meal. We cancel it and bring it back coz too crowded even for sightseeing.
