It would be beneficial for the tour guide to enforce group etiquette more strictly, clearly stating that disruptive behaviour could lead to individuals being asked to leave the tour. This approach would enhance the overall experience for all participants. The tour was enjoyable; the challenges stemmed from the unfortunate dynamics of the group.
