    Cathy Gaskins said... OMG! Some adventure excursions look great but then are a bit of a let down. NOT SO HERE! This was everything they said it would be. First, James and Matt were terrific. The abseils were fun. Twice you descend in waterfalls. The guys did a couple water jumps from up to 30 ft. I stuck to the lower options and water slide. Water was cold so take the full wetsuit. Some guys took the half suit and were shivering. High temp was 24c/75f in January (a cool day) so you be the judge. Lots of rock hopping down the river to get to the trail up. That was very tiring for me. I’m 62 and got so physically exhausted toward the end for the UPHILL 20 min hike that Matt carried my bag of gear.
