You will get to observe the whales on their annual migration from Antarctica to the Great Barrier Reef and back. Oz Whale Watching specialises in providing exhilarating, top-quality eco adventures suitable for people of all ages
We embark on a thrilling 4 hour whale watching and Sydney harbour cruise, which includes a full city sights cruise with commentary of the harbour and its surroundings. You will have the choice of either a hot breakfast (morning tours) or an impressive BBQ lunch (afternoon tours). You will be hosted by an experienced, fully qualified crew and on-board marine naturalist known for their enthusiasm and wildlife knowledge. Our 21m catamaran has various platforms for viewing the whales and is built to be as stable as possible in all sorts of weather conditions.
Your day with Oz Whale Watching includes:
- 4 hour whale watching cruise through the Sydney Harbour, out through Sydney Heads and return
- Informative commentary on whales, their migration patterns and behaviour
- Hot Breakfast or Buffet BBQ lunch on-board. Vegetarian and specific dietary requirements can be catered for with sufficient notice (select on way through checkout)
- Tea, Coffee and Water
- Indoor lounge area and licensed bar for beverages (extra charge)
- Comfortable journey on our vessel the “Jerry Bailey” 21-meter catamaran, capable of carrying 180 people with the number limited to 95 passengers to ensure everyone has a good vantage point
- Fully qualified crew

Schöne Tour zu fairem Preis
Hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, es war etwas windig und bewölkt. Trotzdem hat es unser Captain geschafft uns zwei Gruppen von Walen zu zeigen. Wellengang auf dem offenen Ozean hat einigen Gästen alles abverlangt. Essen mit Hühnchen, einer Bratwurst und Salat war ok aber kein besonderes Ereignis. Normalerweise gibt es mehr Wale zu sehen aber wir waren am Ende der Saison auf watching. Tour ist für diesen book.me-Preis auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Sehr zufrieden, das Schiff war sehr sauber, Besatzung nett und essen war klasse! Leider wenig Glück mit den Walen an dem Tag gehabt. Würde die Tour für jeden Touri/Backpacker usw weiterempfehlen!

Super Sache!
Wir hatten das Glück gleich am Anfang 4 Wale fast unmittelbar an unserem Boot zu bestaunen, auch im weiteren Verlauf der Fahrt kamen etliche dazu, wenn auch mehr in der Ferne! Delfine gab es dann auch noch zum Abschluss! Crew war super nett, Essen wirklich auch gut und es gab viele Informationen... zu empfehlen ist es aber vorher was gegen Reiseübelkeit zu nehmen, Wellengang war ordentlich und man ist wirklich 4 Stunden unterwegs!!

Peisleistung okay
Kleines Boot für so viele Passagiere, BBQ mäßig (unter BBQ stellt man sich etwas anderes vor), top Crew, bei starkem Seegang unbedingt Reisetabletten nehmen, Wale haben wir gesehen, Problem war der Seegang.

Wunderschön!
Die Tour war super. Das Essen war sehr lecker und wir haben auf der Fahrt sehr viel über die Wale erfahren und viele interessante Infos bekommen. Wir haben dann ziemlich schnell eine Mutter mit Kalb gesehen, die wir lange beobachtet haben. Besonders gut fand ich, dass als ein anderes Boot dazu kam und dem Wal sehr nahe gekommen ist, der Kapitän entschieden hat, dass wir weg fahren, um den Wal nicht zu stressen. Zum Glück ist das andere Boot aber dann gefahren. Sehr schön, dass es nicht nur darum geht den Touristen Wale zu zeigen und Geld zu machen, sondern das Wohl der Wale ganz oben steht!
