This was an awesome day, highly recommend going on this trip.Dee was a great guide we got to see some amazing places ,without the hassle of driving.

I am a senior lady and thoroughly enjoyed the fishing morning on the great boat. The boys really looked after and I went home with a big smile on my face and a bag of cleaned fish to cook for dinner. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

Was amazing, even better with the pouring rain. Saw two dolphins along with about 30 turtles. The hospitality was simply comfortable Love love love love

We had a very relaxed time with Steven, a beautiful day with strange winds, but we could see some turtles anyway. The snack was lovely and it's a really nice way to be close to the sea without 30 other people around you ;)

Lovely crew and great way to explore the whitsunday's! Saw humpback whales on the way to the island and the way back. They came very close to the boat. The speed of the boat is also impressive and fun! Had a great day snorkeling and enjoying the white beach!

What an awesome boat we had an amazing time and we're kept well entertained with steves running commentary, would do this again in a heart beat. Was my first time and I think I like it lol. So make sure you grab a seat strap in and you will enjoy it.

If you have a husband or boys, actually any form of adrenalin addiction... This is up there.... Staff are also very nice and a bit cute.

It was truly a great experience. 2 hours simply wasn’t enough. Met up with other couples where we danced , laughed and had a memorable time.

The tour is incredible! Naomi and Josef are a great team and they took amazing care of everything! In the morning we got picked up from home and afterwards they dropped us off as well, we had food and free stinger suits (though you better take wetsuits in winter bc cold), the Illusions II had a lot of space and Joseph drove super carefully! I took an intro dive with Naomi and it was really my best experience in water ever! I panicked at the start but she was super comforting and attentive and so I had a lot of fun! We were 16 people on the boot and it was all nice and familiar. I definitely recommend the tour! P.S. put sunscreen on your feet as well as you are bare-feet on the boot and the sun hits !

We had a great time. Boat is safe and super fast which is awesome. Snorkelling spot was beautiful and colourful.

We arrived on time, the check in process took a long time as only one staff member checking in all guests. Once under way the weather turn to a white out with sharp heavy rain that staturated everything clothes, towels,us. The captain continued through the rain and we arrived at Whitehaven beach drenched, but the sun came out and those that wanted a bush walk went and the others were free to wander beach or swim. Stinger suits and coats were provided. We had cake and biscuits for morning tea water was available. Lunch was rolls and salad. Goannas were at the picnic area Which was cool. The water had fish and the sand was nice. The bush was lovely and green. The staff were friendly and Kelly was so helpful caring and hard working, really she made the trip pleasant and fun. Todd is also great helps get you in and out of the boat sets up lunch etc. the captain gave us all a thrill zigzagging the boat on the way home was such fun. We all got along well. Thanks to all the crew for a great day and an adventure we won’t forget!

Big Fury is amazing to go on!! It’s a company that only has the one boat and it shows! The tour was amazing! The guys Brendon and Wazza take you to the best snorkelling spot, give you the best tips about where to go on the reef to see the most! The boat is comfortable and fast! You work up an appetite snorkelling and then walking up to whitehaven look out and the best thing is you don’t get a day old pre packed lunch!! Couldn’t rate the lunch any more if I tried - you get taken around to Whitehaven beach dropped off and make yourself comfy in the shade or in the beach while the guys get lunch set up! Home made rice and pasta salad ( which were awesome) and the BEST potato salad. Huge selection of cold cut meats, prawns, rolls, wraps and fruit! Pigged out and could go for seconds! The whole experience was amazing, the guys are Informative, the boat fast and comfy and then food was way more then expected! And then when going to and from the experience on the boat they bring around snacks!! Book Big Fury! You won’t regret it!

First of all the places we went were magnificent we saw lot of fish, stingrays turtles and the most beautiful thing was whales jumping. Kevin the captain was kind and generous with us, taking care a lot and the crew as well Matt and Isaac, the are very caring and have excellent costumer service. Taking care of mare parents a lot. I'm very satisfied with the experience.

We had the best day out on the water with Wazza and Tina! Learnt lots about the surrounding islands, Tina let us know average cost to stay at the different islands which was helpful. Wazza pointed out lots of turtles and was very entertaining. Lunch at Whitehaven was exceptionally delicious, potato salad was to die for (would love the recipe...) The reef was beautiful and we saw so many fish! Highly recommend Big Fury, this was my second trip to the reef with them, my first being in 2014.

Small size tour group, fantastic snorkel location and good amount of time at Whitehaven beach to swim/walk and have lunch. Topped off with a relaxing visit to a boutique resort. Staff were friendly, informative and fun. Lots of laughs and boat ride was entertaining and thrilling in parts. No extras to pay like lunch, photos and stinger suit hire. These are included. Highly recommend.

Nice cruise out friendly staff very relaxing only thing was the complementary wine. They should give a choice of a soft drink for the people that don’t drink wine !

Had an amazing day out! Loved the view & the boat ride. The crew were efficient & knowledgeable friendly & professional. Got to see & hear Mumma n baby whales! Snorkelling visibility wasn't optimal & the water a bit chilly but saw heaps of fish & clams. The boat ride was windy definitely recommend grabbing a spray jacket from the staff before you leave the dock & views were glorious! Whitehaven beach was beautiful & the lunch was yummy. Dave made the boatride extra fun in the way back in. Overall an amazing day & a fantastic experience..Would definitely recommend.

As a young couple travelling, we have taken many tours.. and ZigZag was a blast! The crew is awesome fun funny and very informative. As a new company I am impressed how smooth everything runs.. small number tour less than 40 people I think it's great ! I love mot being just a number! We got amazing snorkel spots and we were surrounded by other boats we got to go to 3 different islands of course we got to hit whithaven beach. I think if your going to book you might as well use ZigZag they have the fastest boat that goes to whithaven and it's Soo much fun :).

We booked last minute (the night before) and everything was great. We were on the list and email came early in the morning. Our main guide was Kay. She and the crew were fantastic. Unfortunately due to visibility of the water we couldn’t snorkel as we would have seen nothing. But the tour still was amazing. After cruising along the water in a fast boat, we first stopped and did the lookout walk. After that we hopped back onto the boat to go to Whitehaven Beach were we had a healthy meal and a great time swimming in the water. We then headed out to our next destination for a nice drink at Palm Beach Resort’s bar. Great looking resort. Great for all the family. I just had such a great time. Great way to see the island. If you can only do one thing in the Whitsundays - do the all day tour! Fantastic day out on the water and you get to enjoy the cool water on a hot day.

Unfortunately didn’t get to see many fish while snorkelling but that can’t be avoided. Simon and Amy were super fun, entertaining and knowledgeable. Lunch was WAY better than expected for a tour lunch too. Can only recommend!

I will never forget this day! The staff is lovely, fun and super helpful, the boat ride was fun and we were listening to music while driving through the island. We saw corals, fishes and turtles while snorkelling and had a really tasty lunch after on Whithaven beach. We also did an additional bush walk to the lookout because it was to windy for a second stop to snorkel. Feeling the breeze on our way back and seeing the sunset while listening to good music made my day, I would recommend it 100%!!

We had a fun day visiting the Whitsundays. Good price if you’re mainly interested in seeing Whitehaven Beach. You get to stop at two beautiful beaches. We were slightly disappointed with the snorkelling locations but we did it only a few days after our visit to the GBR in Cairns which was hard to top. Reef is still amazing to see. Speed boat is fun and the guys who work for Zig Zag are energetic and friendly.

This was my second experience booked with zigzag, my first time was back in March unfortunately my girlfriend and I had terrible weather... however the team were so accommodating and tried to keep everyone uplifted and altered the day to make it work as best as possible given the weather and kingside. I enjoyed the staff and the extra effort they put in so much that I wanted my partner and I to come back and experience it again. And yet again zigzag tours and the staff were outstanding, one of the girls Kay was on the boat again and created a great atmosphere and energy for everyone. The zigzag team were great, good selection of food and great snacks. Perfect spots for snorkelling and fun way to be transported to and from Whitsundays. Definitely will use them again.

Highly recommend this tour! The crew is so fun and makes the experience so enjoyable. They must love what they do! Snorkelling around Hook Island is lovely and then capped off with trip to stunning Whitehaven Beach (must do of the Whitsundays).

Loved this trip so much. Friendly informative staff and Co-travellers. We ventured out on a zippy boat and were provided with spray jackets for the journey. Snorkelling was fun as were the bush walks and lunch all together (they catered for me being gluten free too!)

We had great 2 days on boat with freight train. We did 2 snorkelling spots and on the second day we were the first to visit the magnificent Whitehaven beach. It was a really nice and funny group and we enjoyed our stay with freight train. We would recommend it.

Great way to be introduced to the Whitsunday, with 2 snorkels and a visit to Whitehaven. Crew is friendly, bring a positive vibe and skilled in what they do. (Taz, you're an awesome skipper, driving us through pretty choppy conditions) Enough time at the snorkel sites for some reef exploring and swimming with the locals (read; fish) Fair morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, for what can be brought on a tour. Unfortunately due to circumstances we haven't made a visit to the Palm resort on Long Island, but apart from that it was still a great day out!

Lachey and Dane did a wonderful job at showing my friends and I the beauty of the Whitsundays! They were informative, knowledgeable, and so much fun to have around the boat. They made sure every passenger was having the best possible time and took us to an awesome snorkeling spot! 10/10 would recommend this tour!

Had the best time with Will-I-am as our tour host, funniest guy who cares a great deal about you having an awesome time, put us in the best spot on the boat and made sure it was full of laughter. We got to see humpback whales seems it's the season for them and stopped at some beautiful snorkelling spots. Would definitely recommend the zig-zag for the experience I had. ☺
