Awesome!

we booked this sailing tour because of the cheap price and we were not sure if it was worth it... but it was definitely! the crew consisted of three very nice and funny men who were always in a good mood and took care of our security at any time. we were allowed to help sail and control the boat and the captain communicated with us at any time. the first day we went to three different snorkel spots and the second day to the Whitehaven Beach, where the crew gave us a lot of interesting information. We had a very good and funny time at the boot. I would definitely recommend this tour and want to say thank you for this great adventure!! :)

Awesome Adventure

We enjoyed 2 days 1 night trip with Kevin and his crews. Day 1: visited the famous Whitehaven Beach and lookout. Luckily wonderful weather (even it is rain season now), delicious lunch and dinner, and we had time to get to know about the boat, the Great Barrier Reef, corals and time to talk about each other. Day 2: Watching sunrise from the boat, breakfast, snorkeling at three places which we enjoyed soooo much until we get tired, (I'd thought three places could be too much but actually it was good!) and Australian hamburgers. Also, I had a chance to sail the boat! Though we had harsh night (haha), I think it was also the real experience, I'm glad that we chose this tour and thanks for everything as you guys treated us as friends or members of a family.

Fantastic experience

My experience was fantastic! The captain and his crew was very helpful. In my first day on the boat I dropped my cel phone in te sea and the captain dived for catch it for me, about 10m deep 😊 it was unbelievable because I could fix it!!! Thank you captain Kev for it!! The boat is comfortable and clean, we had tea and coffee available, but I recommend you have your own bottles of water, we did and it was really helpful, believe me! The snorkeling was unbelievable, I felt like inside an aquarium. The 3 points for snorkeling are unique, do the 3! During our return to the Marina the weather become bad and the the captain Kev did a really good job while piloting the boat, he is an expert!!

Authentic Whitsunday experience

I really enjoyed my time on the Freight Train! Found it to be a good atmosphere and we stopped over at some amazing sites. Some of the snorkelling sites were absolutely stunning! As the trip is advertised, this is very much an authentic Aussie kinda sailing trip. Nothing over the top fancy, but you do get some really nice food and views, and I would definitely recommend it if that’s what you’re going for! The boat doesn’t offer much shade while you’re up at deck, so make sure you bring heaps of sunscreen and a hat for sun protection. Also, had a good time with the crew! They looked after us and helped us out whenever we needed anything or wondered about anything when it came to the locations we went to. Should probably also mention that Captain Kev is a really good captain, made us feel at home on the boat, but if you’re easily offended you might find yourself being a bit put off by some of his set opinions. Still a very good time, good views and a good group of people!
