The aquarium is well set out so that you go one way to see all the tanks. Just lovely viewing so many different aquatic species in such good conditions. Wander round at your leisure and even though there were quite a few visitors it didn't seem crowded. Well worth a visit.

Loves everything about it ! We spend 5 hours in total at the aquarium and loved it! So much Information and so much to see and learn. I could just stay in one spot and enjoy the views of Fascinating huge aquariums ! Talks were great and very informative. Wish it wasn’t closing at 3pm so we could explore more 😊 loved seeing so many different fishes and corals 🐠

My two teenage children and I had a wonderful morning horseriding through beautiful scenery on well trained horses. The staff were chatty and professional and the organisation excellent. Highly recommended.

We decided on a quick trip to Fitzroy to relax and unwind. We had a great day climbing up to the summit, enjoyed cold drinks and fresh food before taking a dip in the fresh crystal clear water. It was that good I've booked myself another trip next week!

The staff were great. The boat is a small diving style boat but was comfortable and pleasant to enjoy the fresh air either on the top or on the deck .would recommend the glass bottom boat tour. It included a 45 minute snorkel dive which was just fantastic. If you include the turtle sanctuary it will fill you day nicely. We brought a picnic lunch and seating is available at the camp grounds.

I had a wonderful and most memorable time with my new friends! It was good value for money, learning about diving in the Open Water course and upgrading to add the Advanced dive course. The CDC staff were friendly, flexible, encouraging and lived up to deliver FUN - close second only to safety, and separated only by the thickness of a piece of paper ;) It felt like a little family, you weren't just another customer. The food was delicious! (Thanks Chef!) The gear was of good quality and well-maintained. BONUS: We were fortunate that weather, wind and underwater visibility were on our side to add to the most perfect experience. Highly recommend the live-aboard experience with CDC!

Great day had a glass bottom boat and we also got to snorkeling saw lots of beautiful fish and turtles ?. Did the secret garden walk which went through the rainforest easy one to do and recommend,all staff were very helpful and attentive

Good price deal with beautiful experience. Had a wonderful day with them. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The island is fantastic. Recommend book the trip with the snorkel hire. You can just snorkel near the beach. It was my first time snorkeling so this beach is perfect!

We had a beautiful day. The trip there and back was comfortable and crew were friendly. Plenty to do on Fitzroy Island - kayaking, snorkelling, turtle hospital and lunch at Fox’s cafe. We saw 2 turtles. Our teenager found it all very instagram worthy...

We did our open water diver course at CDC and we couldn't recommend it enough. Our instructor Richard was fabulous, he really took his time to ensure you understand all techniques and little tricks. Plus he is a very very experienced diver and there was never a time when we didn't feel in good hands and absolutely safe. The groups are small so the instructor can keep a close eye on every student to make sure you are comfortable doing what is required. They will take you to the outer reef where you will definitely see beautiful corals, anemones and an abundance of colourful fish. Certainly suitable for both divers and snorkels! We highly recommend CDC, great atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff. Especially thanks to Richard for his patience and support, couldn't have wished for a better instructor!!

I had a really nice, relaxing day on this tour. Great thing about it is the cruise down to the island is only 1-hr and the first harlf part is a calm river cruise so I didn't get or see anyone get seasick. The island is absolutely beautiful with a variety of marine life. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. I was on a solo trip and requested a certified dive on the day on the boat then they paired me up with a dive master Jimmy with no guide charge. I am very happy with my experience and I would take my family again next time.

The trip includes many stops, which is nice as you dont feel the long drive that way, would recommend it. We saw a croc at Daintree river. The forest was a fascinating place to be, also all the beaches we visited. The freshwater swimming hole was sooo nice after the hot walk at Cape Ttibulation. Tour guide Terry knew a lot and kept us informed and with mood all day long. Only the minivan maybe needs some renovation inside.

Had an awesome day. Peter the tour guide was great, seen loads of great waterfalls and spent enough time in each. Seen lots of wildlife including turtles and tree kangaroos. However the reason I chose this tour instead of the uncle Brians tour is because this one day tour includes platypus spotting and I LOVE Platypus and really wanted to see one in the wild. We were not disappointed. I wasn't expecting to see one as they are really shy creatures but Peter knew exactly where to take us and what signs of a platypus to look out for. We saw one straight away and Peter knew a lot about it (she was a 12month old girl and lived in the river with her mother and another platypus). We kept really quiet and still and she didn't seem bothered by us and continued to feed. She was the cutest thing ever! So happy I did this tour. Highly recommend this tour to anyone :-)

This island is breathtaking, just pure nature with a couple of wooden table, the water is crystal clear, the reef beautiful!! Snorkel was just amazing and sooo fun!!! So many colours under water!! Crew was friendly and very helpful with everything we needed. Definitely recommended!!!

I had such an amazing day with the rainforest spirit tours. Adrian was a very good guide who provided a lot of information about Cairns fauna and flora. This company is run by passionate people and you can really feel it. I enjoyed all the activities, the tour is really worth its money. A day full of nice views & cool activities! Would definitely recommend it!

Had such a good day on the trip! Buzzy was brilliant, he made the day for us and was so accommodating to everyone Saw so much wildlife and while it’s a long day, Buzzy kept it interesting and engaging and barely felt like we were on the bus for long

Andy and the boys are extremely helpful and patient. Anyone with or without experience can do this tour as they explained everything and provided help when needed. They know the area so well and they are very knowledgeable of tides and winds to make sure we were all safe. We were lucky to be able to taste an oyster that they just caught from the rocks and also a small fruit from a nearby shrub. Will do it again without hesitation.

The tour was nothing short of fabulous from start to finish, great itinerary, beautiful lunch at Babinda Bakery (own cost) and delicious dinner at Mena Creek Hotel (preordered and ready on our arrival own cost) and Paronella itself magical seeing it in the day and evening. Stops included Babinda Bakery, Babinda Boulders, Etty Bay then Paronella Park. We loved this tour thanks for a great time!

Had an awesome day. Sam was funny and very informative. The apple and blueberry turnovers we bought at Babinda were the best. Beautiful waterfalls and swimming holes. Lunch at the pub was good. We even saw a platypus.

If U like rainforest and waterfalls this is the trip for you. The swim in the crystal clear lake ended the day beautifully.

This tour was amazing from start to finish. Picked up at our door, friendly informative commentary on the bus ride to the boat. Great guides, especially Alex who was so helpful as we had never snorkelled so had no idea what we were doing!! She guided us around the coral and showed us Nemo which was so amazing. Fantastic lunch and walk around the island. So few people, i was so glad we didnt book the pontoon ocean kind of tour because i believe this one was so much better. Having the beach to come back to and relax on was great. If we did nothing else in cairns i would be happy having done and seen the Frankland Islands tour so dont hesitate to book it.

Booked in the last minute because not a big fan of scenery but I assure you Greg the tour guide has know the place back to front, he tried his best to accommodate with everything asked and even helped took a few photos for me during the trip, as a solo traveller I have very high regard to this tour, definitely worth the visit and typing in this compliment. 5 star.

This was my second time in a year with Ali and her friendly crew. Great touring company and it is a real experience to go to an island which has not been commercialised. I love the snorkelling. Weather yesterday was not good for seeing the coral etc. on a good weather day it is an experience. Noone can control the weather. Great day had. Fantastic service provider.

It was very nice! The guide was nice, he knew a lot about the rainforest, the reef and many other things we did and he was really entertaining! The lunch was also really good as you have the choice to eat what you want.

We had terrible weather which really killed the tour. Our tour guide was awesome and really made the best of it! The location were great choices and look beautiful in sunny weather. If you can catch it on a good weather day, anyone would love it!
