We had an Awesome day out, kids thoroughly enjoyed the snokling and I enjoyed the cockatail at the end at palm bay. Staff were super friendly and informative!

Christian picked and dropped us off to the airport where he too was our pilot. Never for 1 second did you feel unsafe as we were fully informed of the flight experience beforehand. The commentary during the flight giving an insight of Whitsunday/Islands/Great Barriers reef from Christian was clear and rewarding. Definitely worth ticking off your bucket list.

Awesome fun experience for anyone short of time ?

We really enjoyed our day with zigzag. The crew was very friendly, the food lovely and the group was great as well. The fastest boat in Airlie beach has met our expectations and we saw a whale! Greetings from Belgium

I booked this program, as I have read, that the owner is a marine biologist(motor boat is already a questionmark, but as I had little time, I thought he knows, how many are allowed in), but was hoping to get more information, instead of loud music... the staff tried time to time explain something, but I was even confused to know at which island we are, as I could not hear at all. I think it would be more fortuna te to switch off the music, use a microphone. Overall it was a great tour, nice staff, great captain, lot of to see, would go with them again.

Due to wind we didn't get out to the reef which was didappointing but understandable. We were taken to 2 different spots, one which had coral to snorkel over for up to an hour, the other luncheon bay where we saw lots of beautiful coloured fish. After this we went over to Whitehaven beach for an hour or so. Yummy morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea were provided. Tea and coffee was also complimentary with a bar available to purchase after snorkelling. The staff were all lovely. Our 6 year old got scared snorkelling, they were loving taking care of her so we could still do this. Highly recommend. Thank you Explore group.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour to Whitehaven Beach. Staff were great and very accommodating. Safety was paramount while we were snorkeling. Lunch was perfect. Boat was lots of fun. Highly recommend ZigZag.

Wonderful day. Started off snorkelling in a sheltered bay with awesome fish and corals, then on to the must see Whitehaven Beach for a tasty lunch, swim and chill out. Finally another boat trip past Hamilton Island to idyllic Long Island for a relaxing cocktail before heading back to Airlie Beach. Ben and K were wonderful, friendly hosts for the day. Awesome day. Book with these guys, I guarantee you will not regret it. Awesome day out and value for money.

Great day out on ZigZag. Awesome crew who are fun, knowledgeable, & clearly passionate about their job! Boat ride was comfortable, & although a stop along the way, it wasn't long before we reached Whitehaven Beach. Buffet lunch served was faultless, & there was plenty of it. Cold meat & delicious salads, & choice of a roll or wrap. This particular day the weather was perfect & tides were great for our snorkelling stop. Ample time spent exploring marine life, & enjoying the beautiful Whitsunday water. Many thanks to the ZigZag crew, Max, Kaylee, Becca, for our great day out. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun filled day with everything included, & help support a locally owned small family business.

The crew are amazing the food beautiful the boat was awesome ..they took us to the best reef to snorkel the beaches spectacular then to end the day cocktails and a fast ride home ...would do it again..

It was only 5-10min drive from Airlie Beach and departed from Shute Harbour, so straight way to ocean. The plane was for 6 people (Including pilot) So no waste time. You can enjoy the view whole time. It was a fantastic flight. The pilot was very friendly and giving us very good direction. Weather was perfect, so it made my trip in Airlie Beach very special. The staff were NUMBER 1 ... the food was great and it was just such a fun vibe! Going to the resort was the icing on the cake. I have been twice now and both times were SPECTACULAR.

Highly recommend. Ben & the girls were a great team, enthusiastic, friendly & shared points of interest throughout the day. A short walk to the lookout offers spectacular views for that perfect holiday pic. Lunch was then served on the beach which was a delicious array of cold meats, salads, wraps & rolls & still enough time to digest lunch & take a dip in the warm pristine waters of this amazing beach. Next stop was Chalkies Beach which was just as eye popping for some snorkeling. Then to finish off the day, we dropped into the Tropical resort of Palm Bay on Long Island where we were greeted with a beach front bar for cold beers or cocktails & were also able to use the resorts facilities. All in all an amazing day out. We chose Zigzag as it had a 5 star rating & is well deserved! A huge thank you to Ben, Kayley & I think Lydia? for making this a memorable experience. You’re worth more money ?

Really enjoyed the day despite the horrible storm in the afternoon. We did get to see Whitehaven Beach and had plenty of time to snorkel, lots of colourful fish and coral to see. All equipment including stinger suits included. Lunch was generous and tasty. The view from the lookout was amazing but there were a LOT of stairs! For me, I don't think Palm Resort added anything to the trip, although that could have been because we were cold and soaking wet by then. I would have preferred more time on Whitehaven. Also a suggestion, perhaps before we got to the snorkel spot, pass around some info about the various fish we might see while snorkeling, it would have been nice to identify them as I saw them. The team were clearly knowledgeable about the marine life so all that's needed is some photos, names and general info.

Amazing day with fantastic crew.

Wow just Wow! - this is the highlight or our 6 week holiday so far. First, we did the day tour on ZigZag, the crew Taz Will and Kelly are super friendly and you could tell they loved their work. We snorkelled and seen lots of fish, coral and 2 turtles. Whitehaven Beach and the lookout was amazing and the lunch was fresh and tasty. In the afternoon we got dropped off at Palm Bay Resort on Long Island. The staff here are also really nice and our room was right by the beach. We spent our time here swimming in the pool and exploring the walks on the island. The next afternoon we caught the boat back to Airlie Beach. We can not believe we only paid 295 for such a fulfilling 2 days. Thank you so much to all the crew at ZigZag and Palm Bay Resort. We absolutely recommend taking this experience. 10/10

We saw a giant turtle (as buf as me body size) while snorkeling. The staffs ate extremely amusing and friendly. The captain was riding the boat just like jet skii mamy of the times so everyone on the boat got excited not feeling bored during the boat ride. Strongly recommend this tour!!!! Lack of one star is from my expectation to see more beautiful part of white heaven beach(just like pictures on Google) and long waiting time in the sun before the boat departure at the harbour.

From the moment we were given our suits and jackets( thank God for those)the fun and adventure began. Captain Rahn and 2 wonderful crew, packed our day with thrilling boat rides, incredible snorkelling ( including f beautiful turtle) whales breeching, tale slapping and rolling ( the crew were so excited for us) delicious lunch and relax on Whitehaven and then the final surprise, an opportunity to relax with a cocktail! So professional yet incredibly relaxed. Thank you all for such a special day!

Incredible crew. The weather was not great but the crew were fantastic. The boat was perfect, fast and fun, however not so great if the weather is wet with heavy rain. You'll get soaked as no enclosed area at all.

Everything was fantastic, the crew who was always smiling and their music playlist! The two snorkeling spot were great especially the second one with a crystal water and George, a giant fish! Whitehaven beach, as its name, was a paradise and we would have loved to stay longer. If we should say just one thing to change it would be to replace the palm resort (not really interesting or useful) by going to the Hill Inlet lookout. But anyway, we spent a really good and interesting day, full of joy and sun! Thank you Zig Zag team for making this experience even more beautiful!

Super fast boat. Awesome experience. We went out on a rainy morning but crew managed to find a spot with good visibility to snorkel. Lunch was even better than expected. Highly recommend

Our Zigzag experience couldn't have been any better. We all had a fabulous day, captain was very funny & informative about our surroundings & places we visited. The crew were always helpful & friendly as well. The boat was great, we even found some mating turtles along the way. Value for money was the best around. Lovely crew and great way to explore the whitsunday's! Saw humpback whales on the way to the island and the way back. They came very close to the boat. The speed of the boat is also impressive and fun! Had a great day snorkeling and enjoying the white beach!

The most amazing scenic flight we have ever experienced. We have done snorkelling in the barrier reef before , but to see it by air is just stunning.

We had an amazing 2 Days: beautiful weather, magnificent views and a very amusing crew. The crew made us feel very at home. The sense of humor of captain Kev is great! The snorkeling places are awesome and the food was great, so a perfect trip to summarize!

It was one of the best experiences so far in Australia. The sailing boat, the rad crew and the whitsundays just awesome. They will bring u to so nice snorkeling spots and with that crew we have been the first ones at Whitehaven beach. All in all I can really recommand the freight train. Greets Alex

I was hesitant to book this trip when I saw some bad reviews and it’s cheaper than others that made me hesitate. But the quality is quite good! The captain knows where to take us based on his experience. And he took us to whiteheaven beach earlier than other cruise so we can own the whole beautiful view!! It was intelligent. Unlike other cruises for commercial purposes it’s really cute and friendly. If you’re a backpacker want to meet different people and share the story to others. Please jump on the boat and enjoy the time!

Our Dreamtime Dive & Snorkel trip was an absolute success! The entire crew was exceptionally polite and friendly, making the whole day feel easy and welcoming. Everything was flawlessly organized and ran smoothly from start to finish. We got wonderful pictures, and the experience was truly nice throughout the day. Highly recommend this tour .
