Nice and Affordable Tour Experience

We had the best 10 hour tour with Colin! He picked us up & dropped me off punctually. He was warm and friendly, and she was incredibly knowledgeable about the city. Some Indian girls and I were very comfortable in his van. Colin definitely customized the trip for all of the ages in the tour. I would highly recommend this tour company based on the customer service and delivering exactly what they promised: Colin was on time, knowledgeable, and professional, while also making the tour a lot of fun!

Great value for money

The tour is just great, especially considering it's not even expensive. The only thing we were a bit surprised about was the unprofessional organization and communication, but our experience didn't suffer from that ;)

Hi bart thanks for the feedback, you forgot to mention how we drop you off at your place of stay. Also as for the communication we will make sure its better despite the fact we were great with you.

Wonderful driver

Neil was our driver and he was spectacular. He was very knowledgeable about the route but more than that, he always slowed down and even stopped when we happened across wildlife so we could take photos. He drove us nice and slow across Phillip Island so we could peak in all the penguins burrows unlike other tour buses we saw that sped across the landscape. On the way back, it was raining quite heavily and past midnight so he took the time to drop every passenger off at their hotel door. Bottled water was provided on the bus. We would have liked more time at each of the stops but we understand that the bus needs to keep to a schedule. Overall, it was great value for money and much cheaper than paying for a rental car, petrol and entry fees on our own.

Good

Experience was good. There was problem with car at Nobbies broad walk but our driver Dhruv immediately made our arrangements in other van. Over all good experience. We can see more penguins beside broad walk while returning rather than coming out of ocean.
