Medieval theme park love the buildings, towers, dungeons( got scared😨) and the shops. You will see people dressing from medieval theme, warriors to elf and many photo spots throughout the castle. Best parts were the free axe throwing, the archery and of course, the jousting show in the main arena. Suit most adults, teens and kids. We spent around 3-4 hrs in Kryal Castle. Good and relaxing visiting.
Fantastic experience for the family
I have been to Kryal Castle a few times over the years. Today was one of the better visits… it wasn’t raining! The atmosphere was more encouraging than other times and there were many more people wandering around. My score reflects the jousting show that I actually saw for the first time and the general atmosphere. What let it down was the food and drinks available. The Abbey Tavern that was open for lunch last time was closed. The only place to grab lunch was the Ale House which quickly ran out of certain items. I was travelling with a celiac and there was absolutely nothing she could have. The coffee? Well I went to order one and was told I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for a small plain coffee. I walked out. There was nowhere else where I could get one. Many of the attractions looks like they need some love. Nevertheless, we did enjoy it but felt very let down in other ways. I won’t be rushing back.
A nice place to visit while you are in the area. Young kids interested in knights and castles would particularly enjoy the experience. Especially if overseas travel to the real thing is not on your horizon.

We had an amazing time!!!
My kids and I had a fabulous time. We enjoyed the show where the white knight and red knight compete with each other. We had a great laugh! The place is amazing I’ll definitely recommend to my friends with kids to come visit too!!!
