Stand up Paddle boarding has been a popular water sports for years, and now SUP yoga is taking the world by storm!

Suitable for beginners, right through to advanced yogis, you’ll enjoy 1.5 hours of paddling and yoga practice with a twist!

Feel truly connected with nature, body and mind as we enjoy a revitalizing and memorable yoga class on the gorgeous Talle Creek.

요가를 잘하진 못하지만 명상과 요가를 하는 '그 시간'을 좋아해서 이른 아침에 Burleigh Heads까지 가서 수업을 들었는데요. 마음의 평안과 건강을 가져다 준 값진 시간이었습니다. 우선 친절하고 따뜻한 미소, 반짝이는 눈을 가진 선생님의 가르침 하에 패드보트 노를 젓는 방법을 배우고, 요가를 할 적당?한 장소까지 노를 저어가서 요가를 시작합니다. 일출 시간대라 한적하고 고요하고, 부드러운 햇살까지 비춰 분위기가 정말 좋습니다. 센스가 넘치는 선생님께서는 사진 한컷한컷 본인의 아이폰으로 너무나 멋있는 사진을 찍어주셔서 그 시간이 더욱 아름답게 기록이 되었습니다. 남자분들도 충분히 해볼만 하구요. 가족과 함께 하셔도 너무 좋은 시간 되실것 같습니다. 요가 장소 근처에 국립공원이 있어서 요가 가기전이나 마치고 꼭 가보셔도 좋을 것 같아요!!

Fabulous Gift

I planned this sneaky outing for two friends as birthday gifts.. So it was a surprise when I said to wear swimmers only for a 6 am start..somewhere on the Gold Coast neither had very much paddle board experience ( to say the least) but they absolutely loved it.. The instructor was fabulous and very reassuring, the information from this company was very well presented and all I needed to know.. I would definitely recommend this activity for anyone to do..

Amazing!

The weather was perfect for sup and it was the first time. Af first i was scared and had the difficulty in keeping balance. After a few mins, I felt a bit easier and i could do some. It was such a good experience to do. I like to have some more if i can ! Thanks! Sarnia!

Best memory among 7 tours on this trip

We did sunrise SUP & yoga. It was tiring to wake up at 5 am and to go to where this activity was held. There were no other people but my wife and myself. It was like a private class for us. Sarnia, who is the teacher of this activity, with happy smile. 1st of all she taught us how to paddle, easily and fast understandable. We had 30 mins paddling and came back for yoga on paddle board. And started the main course, Yoga. It was hard for me but it was some never forgettable bcuz i was doing it right in the middle of sea in front of the park. My wife never stopped smiling while doing it. We had 7 activities in AU on this trip. I can say it was best one out of them. Highly recommended for every body even family with kids
