So it was a surprise when I said to wear swimmers only for a 6 am start..somewhere on the Gold Coast neither had very much paddle board experience ( to say the least) but they absolutely loved it.. The instructor was fabulous and very reassuring, the information from this company was very well presented and all I needed to know.. I would definitely recommend this activity for anyone to do..
