seonhwas said... 요가를 잘하진 못하지만 명상과 요가를 하는 '그 시간'을 좋아해서 이른 아침에 Burleigh Heads까지 가서 수업을 들었는데요. 마음의 평안과 건강을 가져다 준 값진 시간이었습니다. 우선 친절하고 따뜻한 미소, 반짝이는 눈을 가진 선생님의 가르침 하에 패드보트 노를 젓는 방법을 배우고, 요가를 할 적당?한 장소까지 노를 저어가서 요가를 시작합니다. 일출 시간대라 한적하고 고요하고, 부드러운 햇살까지 비춰 분위기가 정말 좋습니다. 센스가 넘치는 선생님께서는 사진 한컷한컷 본인의 아이폰으로 너무나 멋있는 사진을 찍어주셔서 그 시간이 더욱 아름답게 기록이 되었습니다. 남자분들도 충분히 해볼만 하구요. 가족과 함께 하셔도 너무 좋은 시간 되실것 같습니다. 요가 장소 근처에 국립공원이 있어서 요가 가기전이나 마치고 꼭 가보셔도 좋을 것 같아요!!
