His attitude make me embarrassed like he thinks we can’t hear english, know left & right etc and when we want to ask a question he interrupts thinking he can know what we want to ask but just tells us something else instead then we can’t get to ask. Everything is disorganised and even on the boat one instructor is yelling you to go and one tell you get out, poor communication and staff make it stressful and hectic for learning this new skill.
