The customer service provided or lack of was extremely disappointing! There was no support or encouragement from the staff (“well done, nice try, go again, try leaning back a little, put weight on your back leg etc” ). When you Knowingly have young children new to an activity as such, Encouragement can go a long way to boost confidence and make for a better experience. We will be back with our own jackets for the kids but for the experience not the service.
