Explore the markets, shops and walking trails of Kuranda Village. Discover the wide array of stalls, café’s or dine at the restaurants. Be sure to check out the Koala Gardens, Butterfly Sanctuary and Birdworld all available for purchase on the next page as you continue to check out
On the return journey by coach we make a brief stop at Henry Ross Lookout and enjoy the utterly breath taking scenery
Itinerary:
- 8.30am - accommodation pick up commences
- 9am - depart from Cairns
- 10am - arrive in Kuranda
- 3pm - depart from Kuranda, making a brief stop at Henry Ross Lookout
- 4pm - start drop offs at Cairns accomodation
Please note - times are approximate. Your actual pick up time will depend on other pick ups for the day also

Kuranda Day Trip
The service provided by GTS was great. Our driver Stu was friendly and professional and clearly explained the various itineraries for different passengers. After learning I wished to see Barron Falls, Stu kindly dropped me off there so I could see the view and do the walk back to town. I had plenty of time in Kuranda to explore (a few hours is more than enough to see everything). A very convenient way to get to Kuranda with bonus local knowledge. Thanks Stu!

Fantastic experience
This was a fantastic experience and great value for money. The coach driver Was was especially wonderful. Not only did he drive everyone to and from their accomodation, but he would get out at each stop and help people organise their tickets, and he provided a wealth of information on Kuranda and Cairns in general. At one point he saw me and my mother walking in the wrong direction and he went out of his way to catch up to us and redirect us. Thanks Was!!!

Informative and funny
Stu, the guide, told us lots of interesting information and history whilst on the way to Kuranda and back. You can tell that he enjoys his job, and he easily got everyone laughing.
