Hartig Yoga brings unique Yoga classes to the beachfront of Palm Cove, Cairns.

The sessions include asana (postures) practice, relaxation and a short meditation. Most of our classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to more advanced yogis. Wednesday and Friday mornings are level 2, so some basic yoga experience is necessary.

Everybody is welcome.

The style and pace of the classes allows each student to connect deeply to their own body and breath. You will leave each class feeling more open, grounded and relaxed.

The class is located outside of the Alamanda Resort, Palm Cove. On the grassy area, under the shade Palm Trees, about 50m down from the beachfront restaurant NUNU. If the weather is wet, the class will be moved inside the Alamanda resort lobby lounge - just opposite their main reception on Veivers Road.

Our Monday evening class is Yin Yoga, and will take place in our wet weather back up area, Alamanda Resort Lobby Lounge.

Notes

  • Please inform us of any injuries or health issues you have when booking your class. If the weather is wet (or it looks like it might rain!), the class will be moved into the Alamanda Resort lobby lounge. You can find this space just opposite their main reception on Veivers Road.

    Please arrive 10 minutes before class start time. Bookme prices are only available if you book through Bookme. You cannot show up to class and pay the Bookme price for a drop in session. To make the most of these deals, you must book through the Bookme website, 24 hours in advance.

Beautiful sunrise class

I always love coming to Beth (or one of her colleagues) classes in palm cove. Such a beautiful spot and lovely teachers. The 630am class is a gorgeous time (especially in summer, to beat the heat later in the day)
