Apart from leaving a little later than originally stated - the whole experience was fantastic - the staff were great and the boat was well designed and easy to get in and out of the water. Would highly recommend this tour.

Had a great time today. Crew were great, nice and friendly. First stop was seeing the seals and swimming with them. Next was chasing for the dolphins - we didn't actually get to go into the water with them as they kept moving away from us lol. Third stop was in a small cove area where we were shown weedy seedeagons and saw a puffer fish.

We had an awesome time snorkelling with the seals and dolphins. The crew were helpful and easy to talk to. I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to see these amazing animals in the wild. My daughter is already planning another trip for next Summer.

Our experience was amazing. As a single mother with two boys(one with autism, one with ADHD) I only bought a swimming ticket for myself to assist the children in the water. I really don't like the water. I was a little overwhelmed pre thinking how I was going to manage with both of the boys but the amazing crew were so helpful and hands on, I even had opportunities to enjoy the experience for myself. I great day to share with the family.

Took my three boys (9,11,14) out for the day. After a bit of confusion on which boat we were to go on and delay from late passages. The rest of the day went smoothly. The staff made sure my boys were comfortable and safe. They all enjoyed the experience very much. There maybe more organised companies to do as this tour as this also caters for scuba divers. But this tour was definitely value for money.

The bikes were very comfortable. The scenery changes along the way which was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our ride!! Highly recommend.

We were totally useless at this,we fell, we hurt but more importantly we laughed from the minute we entered the water to the minute we got out! So much fun!!!

We were lucky to have such a beautiful sunny winter's day, enjoying the scenic ride around Point Nepean. The bikes were really comfortable cruisers that made the whole experience much more enjoyable. The staff at the hire centre was lovely and friendly. He recommended parking the bikes at the beach and having a walk along there. We did and enjoyed our picnic lunch by the bay. Highly recommend this experience.

We had an amazing day out with dolphin and seal swim Despite the weather being cold the team made sure everyone had fun And yes we saw dolphins ! Lots of them ! The crew were great they made sure everyone was attended to for their needs including young children , families and even my friend who couldn't swim ... and yes they got her in the water too Great experience , great company and great crew Thank you guys !

This is my third experience with them and it is awesome. We spotted a lot of dolphins and they are very close to us. The team is also very nice and informative and ensured us to spot the dolphins.

Amazing experience started unfolding itself as we, Prerna Agrawal and I, reached the Queenscliff office. We were greeted and received by energetic Emma. Instructor Monique arrived soon. Her energy filled us with enthusiasm. We told her that we don't know swimming however her aura assured us of great swimming trip. We were given wet suits, fins, snorkeling equipment. I was given prescription snorkel mask that ensured clear view while snorkeling (else I would have missed the viewing experience - high myopic). We cruised into Indian ocean in search of dolphins, swimming with seals and snorkeling. Entire crew and Instructors Monique, Chanae, Tash and Joely lead by Captain and Instructor Murph paid personal attention and made sure that we had the awesome experience while swimming with Seals, snorkeling and spotting dolphins. Ricky is such an entertainer. Just throughout a day with him over at Phillip Island, my parents and I has learned so much in different places he has brought us to. And free tour talk within Melbourne city :). Oh this i mentioned, they have FREE Wifi in the vehicle.. whats more can I expect?!! A big thank you Ricky. My parents has enjoyed themselves so much :)

I had an amazing time on this tour. I was a bit nervous spending money due to being a backpacker but I decided to do it anyway. Wow! Duane (our tour guide) was super friendly and personable. He always found some time to talk to each guest and get to know them even if it was just for a minute. Also, I fed and pet a kangaroo! The penguin parade was cute but all the other stops and our guide really made it worth it! The only thing I regret was not having a bit of cash to tip Duane at the end of the night.
