Great day spent on the island! It was a long drive there and back but well worth the journey. Highly recommend people to visit. We went in June and Vivi (tour guide and marine biologist) said it was a good time to visit to snorkel to see the marine life as the water is real clear. It was amazing experience to snorkel amongst the fishes in the water and in the wrecks, as well, seeing the coral. Loved using the clear kayaks, too, as we saw so many fishes swimming beside and under us while we were paddling. Sand boarding was fun. Note: Bring extra food if you have any food allergies or you are vegetarian. The ferry to Moreton Island does sell food, snacks, hot and old beverages.

Group of 3 collected punctually from collection point. Clean, basic bus, driver helpful and organised. The ferry ride was very smooth, tour staff introduced themselves on board and provided information for arrival on Moreton Island. Sand dunes were fantastic (make sure you take water, hard work but worth it). lunch was fresh rolls, wraps made to order, all done very hygienically by the staff. Fresh fruit, chocolates and biscuits provided for a snack. Plenty of water available to refill water bottles. Kayaks were great, be aware if you are a solo or uneven numbered group you will be sharing a kayak with someone. Snorkeling was fantastic, supervised but not rushed. It was great to go on a tour where there was no optional extras to worry about. Great friendly staff who were helpful, polite, knowledgeable and fun to be with.

This tour is really a magic. The place was absolutely gorg! The crew are very helpful and patient,simply amazing beautiful hardworking people.

Everything started when Captain Toby turned down the Britney Spears, yanked the handbrake on his 880-horsepower speedboat, turned to the passengers, and- wearing a face dripping with sympathy and a pair of Oakly cycling glasses - carefully inspected our hairstyles. None of us had the faintest idea what kind of disaster was about to hit us as he began announcing a series of protocols I would deeply regret not listening to just a few minutes later. Five-G acceleration from every direction, insane speed, the ocean’s shattered waves raining down on us, the passengers’ laughter - half thrill, half pure terror - and Captain Toby’s endless jokes… all of it combined to produce a blockbuster action movie starring me, one I will never forget. I’m genuinely glad I decided to do it. And thank you, by the way, for causing my mother-in-law to fall off the deck and become shark food. (Relax, I’m kidding—there were no sharks. The piranhas got her.)

Best jet boat ride on the Gold Coast and will be back for sure !

Had the best time on this jet boat experience, first time for everyone on the boat that day. The weather was perfect, music was playing! I spotted a dolphin it was awesome. Kegan was our driver and he drove beautifully, gave us a tour explaining the different areas and then some small spins to prep us for the big ones! I would do it all over again!!

Driver Dan was a legend! We always come to Jet X when on the gold coast! Highly recommend as always guaranteed a great time!

Guide: 5 stars Peter is an affable young man with detailed knowledge of the region. Learning about the flora, fauna and history made for a more enjoyable experience. Vehicle: 5 stars Clean, comfortable and spacious. Lunch: 5 stars I'd forgotten that lunch was included, as I'd booked the tour a few months back, so was pleasantly surprised. A yummy cold pasta dish, that Peter made himself (bonus points for that), plus bananas, Tim Tams and lamington muesli bars. Tour: 5 stars Fresh air, the sound of bird calls and running water, magnificent views, not a cloud in the sky... such a fantastic way to spend half a day, see the sights and get some exercise. All in all, I'm glad I booked this tour.

My children and I really enjoyed every bit of the experience. They let the kids driving the boat for a while which was the best part of the experience.

Very easy going and fun little Sunday kayak with my best friend.

Kids thought it was great. Cruising along the streets in a fire truck,using the hose and trying to spray myself. Having the siren going listening to the cheesy fireman Sam song. They thought it was funny. Fireman knew his stuff and answered any questions we might of had. Definitely worth it if you have younger kids but really I enjoyed I to.

It was something different. The drive through Surfers was interesting with a great commentary from Tracey about the areas we drove through. Hitting the water was it was Chris's turn to talk about the history of the Nerang river. Well worth the time and money.

While holidaying at the Gold Coast, I surprised my Mum with a "Bus Trip". It was after we climbed the Stairs onto the AquaDuck, that she learned that our "Bus" was also a "Boat". The weather was perfect, sunny with light winds. Which meant we had calm waters too. So Mum enjoyed her1st ever experience on the Aquaduck.

A great way to spend an hour looking around, the best part was actually driving into the water and seeing the sights from that view. Sally was a great tour director and the driver had all the dad jokes!!!

I highly recommend the Natural Bridge and Springbrook Waterfalls tour. Our tour guide Orion was extremely knowledgeable and funny. The waterfalls and scenery were spectacular.

What a fabulous day tour! We were met promptly by our tour guide, Andy, who is very knowledgeable and caring about wildlife and the environment. Magnificent views from a lookout, wild bird feeding and a delicious lunch and bubbles at a vineyard, life doesn’t get much better! Book this tour!!!

Although mother nature had other plans, our tour guide (Bill) was able to give us a very informative experience. We highly recommend Southern Cross Tours for your Nature fix on the Gold Coast. The van was very clean and comfortable.
