I ended to managing pretty much all the activities and loved it. The guides were supportive and seemed to really be mindful of safety. I’m a 54 year old woman and I felt ok with the level of fitness required. The abseiling was fairly easy and well taught and graded. The scenery and all the waterfalls were spectacular. If you’re scared that’s ok but do it anyhow!!
