Good value

Good value for the price. Staff was friendly. The course was a little dry, but set up for a nice par 3 distance

Fun but basic

The golf course is being refurbished. The holes have been moved, so they don't match the little map on the scorecard. But... We had the course to ourselves, surrounded by cairns sugarcane and beautiful mountains, which was great. It would be better if they had a free/cheap shuttle bus from Cairns, to save us spending a fortune on an uber.

Ok for a quick knock

If you’re just an occasional golfer looking for a fairly straightforward par 3 this course is ok. The greens are pretty poor though, so you’re not going to improve your putting here, but a couple of water hazards and some awkward obstacles give a bit of a challenge. More challenging than the course is the heat - best to play this course early morning or late afternoon, and don’t forget your hat, sunscreen and a bottle of water.
