Unique little hands on Zoo, great for a rainy day

Where else would you find a zoo in the dome of a casino! It was perfect for a rainy day and although it’s quite small and can be walked around in a matter of minutes if you take your time and wait for the presentation talks you can get lots of information and even touch a few reptiles. You can pay extra to hug the koala and for the zip line experience.

Wonderful showcases of animals

While there are not a ton of animals, I was able to get up close to all of them (birds, koala, and reptiles). It was an amazing experience. I learned a bit as well from the tours they give. I loved the bird feeding. So cool to see them so interactive.

Extremely small exhibit

I expected the exhibit to be more extensive. Really a 10 minute walk through

It was ok.

The zoo is very small and a lot of the vacinity is currently under construction. There were closed off barriers, empty cages, tanks and ponds. I don't believe it was worth $20 each. We listened to the 11.00am presentation which was very well done however there was a lady sitting on the stage sorting out harnesses behind the presenter. It seemed unprofessional. We also don't reccomend paying $23 to hold a koala as it is literally for for 5 seconds and a photo. We won't be recommending this to our friends.
