Susan Gadaleta said... Company had subcontracted the trip to another boat due to their boat not being operational. Not very well organised, but don't know what happened behind the scenes so would be unfair to complain without the facts. Got there early, lined up, only to be overtaken by a group of tourists which the guide said needed to come on board as one, leap frogging us to all the seats etc. Lady, if you need the group to be together and your not there first go to the back of the line. Only a couple of whales, not doing anything, seen from a distance of a good 300 meters away and only for a few seconds. No morning tea provided as stated. Other boats seemed more active to get better visibility. In all, would not book a whale charter out of Gold Coast again.
