Not your average workshop. Johannes brings together WHM theory and practice, and also introduces other modalities with the support of a strong team of experienced facilitators. You will certainly gain additional tools that you can incorporate in your daily practice:

WHM THEORY : Three pillars of the method (1) Breathing Technique, (2) Cold Exposure and (3) Commitment. This will also include a discussion on immune system, inflammation, the science of stress, and brown fat activation – includes an overview of the science and various scientific research.

WHM PRACTICE : Dive deep into the experience as we apply the theory into a guided breath work session, mindset training and cold exposure through ice baths.

Your experience will include teachings around why & how we use practices like the WHM, how you can influence your own physiology and how we can break through what we thought humanly possible.

Learning advanced breath-work and mindset skills to influence what has been thought to be impossible and the insights to thrive in a western world dominated by stress, disease, and muted happiness.

This is an opportunity to expand your human potential. You will come away with the tools, training, and knowledge to take back control over you happiness, health & strength or upgrade your daily practice in the Wim Hof Method.

The day will challenge your beliefs and conditioning whether you are looking to achieve a high level of human performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about.

A must do!

I've been following Wim for some time and using the App, but without consistency. The workshop was incredible. The breath work was a COMPLETELY difference (much better) experience than anything id achieved before. If you've done online studies, then had a day when the group meets up, you'll know what I mean. I highly recommend this to anyone who's looking to achieve peak physical health via mindfulness. Special thanks to our instructor instructor Johannes Egberts, for his INCREDIBLE wealth of knowledge.
