Unable to hear staff on commentary
The only thing I was disappointed with was that there is no way you can hear the commentary regarding the whales,needs to be a PA system. Took the Grandkids from US and they absolutely loved being up close to the whales. Much better cruise than SeaWorld one two years ago because it was such a up close experience. . Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful experience
Thank you for everything! It was an amazing experience. We were lucky enough to see so many whales and dolphins—it honestly felt unreal. Thank you so much! We went on the 8:00 a.m. tour, which I would definitely recommend. The weather was much more comfortable with the cooler morning sun, and there weren’t too many people. We really appreciated that the tour wasn’t overcrowded. The crew was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and they shared so much interesting information about the whales and the ocean. It made the whole experience even more special.

wrong address
You provided us with the wrong location, so we couldn’t find the boat at all and completely missed the tour. We also tried calling your customer service multiple times, but no one answered. This was extremely disappointing.

Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend
The check in process was effortless however there were alot more people than what the cruise could accommodate. The was not enough complimentary snacks, coffee, and hot chocolate available and there was more passengers than seats. Many passengers had to stand. The live commentary from a marine biologist could not be heard inside. There was very little communication from the staff throughout the cruise. I was very disappointed with the service and the experience.

Amazing
Such a great experience, I had been watching the whales breaching from the 24th floor in our hotel but seeing them so close and coming out of the water was amazing! The guides were lovely and full of information.
