Your journey begins when you meet your pilot at The Farm Byron Bay and put in your order for a delicious after-flight breakfast. Feel the anticipation build as you board one of our comfortable vehicles and head towards the launch site that's chosen on the day in accordance with weather conditions to ensure you have the best possible flight.

Upon arrival at the launch site, guests are welcome to be involved in the set-up of the balloon or you can simply sit back and relax as you watch the balloon come to life and stand upright ready for boarding. Float like a feather gently into the air and watch the sun appear over the horizon, turning the sky into an awe-inspiring mix of vivid red and orange. Drift above treetops and effortlessly ascend to heights of 2000 feet or more.

Have your camera ready to capture the incredible views of the Byron Bay Region from the best vantage point possible. Following a gentle landing, we will return to the farm where a sumptuous gourmet breakfast awaits you.

If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the bad weather, safety concerns, unscheduled maintenance etc) you will be entitled to a full refund.

The balloon ride itself is usually 50 60 minutes in duration. The total time you are with us on the morning of your flight is approximately 4 hours. This includes a flight briefing from your pilot, completing some paperwork, travelling to and from the launch and landing sites and the champagne celebration and/or breakfast afterwards.

Amazing ballooning

The ballooning was one of my best experiences in Australia! The crew was really amazing and the flight was stunning! After the flight we had a really good breakfast back at the farm. For sure a 5 star experience
