Kaylene was amazing; she emailed prompt replies and she was very knowledgable in flora and fauna. I’ve learnt a lot from her. Her passion in flora and fauna made the hike more interesting. Had a great hike with spectacular waterfall; even went to Canyon Lookout. Definitely recommend this tour!
Thank you Rabiah, l am so happy you enjoyed the tour. Thank you for your kind review. It was so nice to meet you, hope to see you again. Take care, Kind regards, Kaylene
Many thanks to Kathleen who was able to show myself and 3 nieces aged: 7, 11 and 14 years old - the many wonders of the Springbrook National Park including the Natural Bridge, the glow-worm cave,Purling Brook Falls and more. Kathleen's enthusiasm and love of this wilderness wonderment captivates you as you are able to enjoy all that it has to offer and go back for more. Besides the lookouts, ancient trees, beautiful birds and a baby snake that were spotted along our journey - we were also spoilt with a great morning tea and the opportunity to help support some local businesses with a Mothers/Nana's Day gifts that I know my Mum and Nana will absolutely L-O-V-E! Our tour was a great experience and I would definately recommend it to anyone who is seeking an AWESOME personalised experience!
Hi Michelle, Thankyou so much for your wonderful kind words. It was a delight to take you & your beautiful nieces on a rainforest experience, it really was a fabulous fun day. Thankyou again for booking with us. Hope to see you again. Thanks again. Kind regards, Kaylene ??
Kaylene is a really knowledgable and patient guide and we enjoyed this half day tour alot. The Purlingbrook Falls is beautiful and we got a nice provided snack while taking in the beautiful sights at the base of the waterfall. We spotted many wildlife along the hike (birds, iguana, lizards) and it was nice listening to the birds commmunicating with each other in the forest with their unique chirps. Highly recommended morning hike, with an experienced guide and you get to take in the fresh forest air.
Thank you Cynthia, It was my pleasure to hike with you all. I am so glad you enjoyed it. Hope to see you again. Take care, regards, Kaylene
Kaylene picked us up very promptly and in fact was earlier than expected! She was very accommodating and had great knowledge of the tracks she took us to. As she described, this tour was a comfortable but also not a complete walkover of a hike! She had great knowledge of the flora and fauna of the area and even was able to explain a lot of the historical significance of the landscapes we saw. Thank you again Kaylene for being an amazing tour guide to the beautiful falls and for being such an accommodation host! May you keep enjoying bringing great escapes into nature and showing people the "Green behind the Gold" :)
Thank you for the great review Vincent. I am so glad you had a wonderful experience with us. Looking forward to seeing you again. Thank you. Regards, Kaylene

Great experience
Kaylene is a nice and patient lady who went through the whole 4km hiking with my friend and me even on her rest day. The PurlingBrook falls is so beautiful when we reached the bottom and the air is fresh. After the hiking is completed, Kaylene brought us to a cafe which sells nice coffee and fudge. Thank you for the great tour experience. Highly recommended to do the tour and enjoy the fresh air.
