Tour Departs:8.30am meeting time for 9am departure. Urangan Public Boat Ramp, meeting on the gras area to the left of the first ramp.
Time on the boat: The longest part of the journey is just over an hour. Between stops the journey will be anywhere from 10 – 45 minutes, depending on where the skipper chooses next, given conditions on the day.

Great day out!
We headed out early December on a beautiful day and Salti Safaris took us to some beautiful snorkelling and swimming in some special spots chosen by the crew based on their living and breathing this coastline. What a lucky pair to have this place as an office and they treated us fantastically well. Super happy and highly recommend it to families and/or those looking for beautiful clear emerald waters normally reserved for Fiji and Bali for done paddle boarding, stingray spotting and done of the softest and whitest sand I’ve seen in a long time.

Salty safari
What a great way to spend the day touring on a fast power boat along the magnificent west coast of Fraser Island. Our captain Sam was brilliant and funny and his able assistant Liberty made sure we all had a wonderful time. I highly recommend the tour but as the description says be prepared to get splashed at the very least, as the boat travels between the islands.
