Start your day out at sea with an inshore fishing trip in Hervey Bay.

Highlights

  • Join an exciting adventure fishing the local shorefront reefs
  • Knowledgeable guides with years of experience fishing oceans all over the world
  • Take your experience out on sea with Calypso home for years
  • Highly promote sustainable fishing

Our inshore fishing trip is the perfect way to start off your morning with a little adventure mixed with a relaxing ride. We’ll take you along Hervey Bays' local shorefront reefs, gutters, and rock ledges to hopefully catch a fish. Who knows, there might be a Marlin on your line soon. Our aim is to have a fun relaxing morning out on the water and also to practice sustainable fishing. We aim to keep only what we need and release what fish we don’t need unless it’s really a keeper!

Our vessel, Calypso, is the perfect vessel to make sure your trip is comfortable. It has plenty of space to accommodate 10 people who want to relax and fish. The deck space is covered by a hard top roof providing some protection from the sun or rain, and it’s equipped with a flushing toilet and hand wash basin.

Enjoy a complimentary tea/coffee station and a light morning tea. Calypso also accepts cash and EFTPOS in case you would like to purchase additional snacks, water, or soft drinks.

Amazing

Took my clie to on the calypso and she absolutely loved it. She hadn't been fishing for 8 years after a bunch of medical stuff so it was a very special trip for her. We will defend be back :) the staff are super helpful and there are loads of fish to be caught. Everyone on the boat caught a few fish.
