irinna said... We had the pleasure of joining this snorkelling tour today to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and I can genuinely say the crew made it an experience to remember. From the moment we stepped onboard from Portsea, the team was professional, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. A special thank you to the wonderful young lady crew member who truly went above and beyond for our family. The wetsuits proved to be a bit of a workout in themselves, but she tackled the challenge with such patience, humour, and determination. Her help was absolutely invaluable and deeply appreciated! Jake, another standout crew member, managed the group smoothly, especially while out at sea, always keeping safety front and centre without ever making it feel rigid or overbearing. His calm encouragement made even the more nervous swimmers in our group feel at ease. One of the most heartwarming moments was when the skipper made an announcement and everyone sang happy birthday to my daughter – a simple gesture that meant so much. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of professionalism and genuine kindness, but this team nailed it. The snorkelling itself was breathtaking – there was 1 stop where we jumped in and snorkled our way close to the rocks and the 2nd jump was up close to the sea lions(within the limit allowed but we were fortunate they came close to us, very friendly )crystal-clear views, vibrant marine life, and an unforgettable sense of wonder, especially coming from an ordinary city scene. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcomed, cared for, and part of the crew for the day. Highly recommend! We will be coming back with friends!
