The vessel itself was outstanding - large, comfortable, and beautifully set up for a relaxing day on the water. There were plenty of comfortable couches to lounge on, as well as banana lounges on the deck for those wanting to soak up the sun. The food exceeded expectations. Morning tea included fresh fruit and muffins, lunch offered a generous selection of cold meats and salads, and afternoon tea featured a delicious charcuterie board and chocolate brownies. Everything was fresh, plentiful, and perfectly satisfying. The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the reef snorkelling. It was some of the most spectacular snorkelling I've experienced in a long time. We were fortunate to visit during an exceptionally low tide, which made the water incredibly clear and provided amazing visibility of the vibrant coral and abundant marine life. The colours of the coral and fish were breathtaking. As it was June, the water was quite cool, so I'd recommend bringing something warm to change into afterwards. Whitehaven Beach was equally impressive. The walk to the lookout was fantastic, and a special shout-out to Chloe for her informative tour and fascinating history lesson along the way. The entire crew were wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Marissa, who was an absolute standout and made an already great experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole ZigZag Whitsundays team for making our day so memorable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Whitsundays.
