The Operator cancelled the tour

Mahua Samanta said... I booked the flight from book me and the operator called me and cancelled on me which ruined my day. Further I dropped a mail to book me but dint get any confirmation on the refund and instead being asked for a review. this is so unfair and unprofessional. When the operators are fully booked why does it show available on book me website?
