Tour and Boat Detailed Information:

ZigZag is a true Full Day Tour meeting at 8 am and returning at 4 pm. The fastest boat in the Whitsundays means more time at the islands and destinations and less time on the boat.

The Boat - ZigZag is a 39ft Naiad boat with high back seats for a comfortable ride! This vessel is an extremely comfortable ride, allowing guests of all ages and adventure levels to take part.

We limit to just 30 guests, making sure you get the small-group experience.

Whitehaven Beach - Spend up to 2 hours on Whitehaven Beach Including the New South Whitehaven Lookout opened in July 2019. During your time at Whitehaven Beach, you have the opportunity to walk to the brand new Lookout that overseas Whitehaven Beach and 120-degree views of the Whitsunday Islands. This new Lookout is breathtaking and has to be seen to be believed. The walk is 1km each way and requires a medium level of fitness. If you wish to not partake in the lookout walk, you can stay on the beach and explore or sunbake.

After the walk, a buffet lunch will be served on the beach.

Snorkelling - If you like snorkelling and want to see the beautiful coral of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park, then this tour is for you. Our qualified crew choose the best locations that suits the conditions. This location can include Chalkies Bay, Blue Pearl Bay, Luncheon Bay and Border Island and a secret bay we keep quiet (you will see why). These tropical waters are filled with tropical fish and turtles year-round! These areas of reef are sheltered by the islands and have a large, diverse range of stunning colours and abundant sea life.

Chalkies Beach and Haslewood Island Lookout -with the same sand as Whitehaven Beach and a lookout over coral reefs this is a popular stop away from any crowds

The Crew - The ZigZag crew are well known as the friendliest tour guides in the Whitsundays just check our 1300+ reviews below The crew are all trained in the highest environmental standards by the company's owner who is a marine biologist, trained right here on the Great Barrier Reef.

Whale Season is from July to October, and you have a very good chance of seeing whales during these months.

Meeting point: Please make your own way to the marina. You need to be at Coral Sea Marina northern end roundabout at 8:00am

Die Tour ist mega schön, mit nur 2 Stopps, bei denen man das gesamte Whitsundays Feeling in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Alles super gut organisiert und die Crew so nett und entspannt. Wir waren echt begeistert, hatten einen super Tag und können es jedem empfehlen.

Toll organisierte Tour

Für die Fahrt kann ich eine Jacke empfehlen, da es doch sehr windig auf dem Wasser wird aufgrund der Geschwindigkeit. Ansonsten war die Crew sehr cool drauf und hilfsbereit. Es gab genug Zeit für beide Strände und wenn man Lust gehabt hat, konnte man noch eine kleine Wanderung zu zwei verschiedenen Aussichtspunkten machen. Das Mittagsessen wurde kalt serviert und war in Ordnung. Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns die Tour sehr gefallen, da man bunte Korallen und einen wunderschönen Strand mit dem feinsten Sand der Welt erleben kann.

Der Ausflug war perfekt geplant, die junge Crew überaus freundlich und bemüht. Wir bekamen einen tollen Überblick über die Whitsundays, der Schnorchelstopp war beeindruckend, der weiße Strand von Whitehaven sowieso!
