Your day starts with cruising through the scenically splendid Whitsunday islands, taking the Whitsunday Passage to Daydream Island and Hamilton Island. You will head past North and South Molle islands

Daydream Island

Pay a visit to Daydream Island Resort and Spa, one of the premier resorts in the Whitsunday Islands, come and enjoy the fantastic resort facilities and natural Island beauty!

Chill out around the swimming pool, enjoy the watersports, shops, bakery and souvenir boutique. There are tennis courts, a children’s playground and the fantastic ‘Living Reef’ Coral Lagoon filled with colourful coral and fish life. Keep and eye out for the Marine Biologist presentation at shark and stingray feeding time!

Laze the away the day pool side, on the lawns or adjacent beach. Take a swim, stroll along Sunset Beach or see wallabies and endless bird-life on the rainforest walk. The ‘Around Australia’ mini-golf course has to be the best in the world - definitely not just for the kids!

Hamilton Island

Known the world over as fun tropical holiday spot, Hamilton Island has fantastic sandy coves and underwater treasures to explore. Not so widely appreciated is that seventy percent of the island is untouched native bushland, and features boldly throughout the remainder – pristine views, bush trails and fascinating wildlife, from wallabies and goannas, to sea eagles, kites, ospreys, sulphur-crested cockatoos and kookaburras.

Hamilton Island has a multitude of activities and things to do. Take a stroll through the Marina Village main street, visiting the boutiques and galleries. Visit WILD LIFE Hamilton Island and get up close and cuddly with a koala, lounge beside the pools or relax on Catseye Beach. Or even enjoy bowling and go-karting!

  • Passage Peak – 90 minute round walk
  • South East Head Trail – 120 minute walk
  • One Tree Hill – 20 minutes up hill

Suggested things to do:

  • Wildlife Park – get up and close with a Koala!
  • Watersports options including parasailing and jetboating
  • Stroll the shops
  • Visit the galleries
  • Relax and take a swim at Catseye Beach
  • Dine and enjoy a drink and the restaurants

Hat, sunscreen, swimwear and towel, camera, comfortable walking shoes, drinking water, a jacket or warm clothing, lunch or money to purchase food and drink

Ferry timetable: Ferry departs every 30-90 minutes throughout the day - timetable available on your booking confirmation and at the ticket office on the day

Trauminseln

Die Whitsundays sind wahrhafte Trauminseln. Wunderschöne Strände, klares Wasser und sehr warm. Wir hatten einen schönen Tag auf Daydream und Hamilton Island, auch wenn es dort nicht sooo viel gibt das man unternehmen kann - dafür kann man entspannen ;)

Sehr tolle Insel un Frühstück!

Wir sind begeistert, eine sehr nette Bootstour auf die Insel und danach steht eim superleckeres Frühstück auf dem Programm (Koala Foto kostet 20$ extra) und es dürfen alle Pools der Insel gratis benutzt werden - super! Es empfiehlt sich mir den Bus eine Tour der Insel zu machen. Schnorcheln ist aber nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. Insgesamt wirklich super!
