During the harvest, you will see how the grapes are processed and the wine is fermented in the winery. At other times of the production cycle, you can see the grapes growing in the vineyards and the wine ripening in the barrel chamber.
You can expect a fun-filled day of wine tasting, interesting conversations, and local gourmet cheeses just to top it off.
