Three Day Guided Tour - Hobart, Bruny Island and Port Arthur - Tassie Tours Tasmania

Over three days you will see the best of Tasmania and have memories that will last a lifetime of this unique and stunning region. The first two days are guided tours with the third day being transported to and from Port Arthur where you will have four hours to explore at your own pace.

Day 1 - Hobart This guided tour will showcase the best of Hobart city with spectacular views from atop Mount Wellington to the suburb of Richmond which is full of history from the times of the convicts. Experience the vibrant Salamanca Markets full of amazing produce, souvenirs, buskers, arts and crafts. With over 300 stalls to explore and live entertainment, this is sure to impress. Visit the Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary (entry cost $27pp). The wildlife sanctuary is full of native wildlife including the famous Tasmanian Devil and you will be able to hand-feed friendly kangaroos.

Day 2 - Bruny Island Come and see for yourself the absolutely stunning beauty of Bruny Island, this part of Tasmania is not to be missed with its Instagrammable views from the lookout to rainforest walks and idyllic beaches. We will show you the places only locals know about and hopefully spot some incredible native wildlife, we take you to a lagoon for a quick dip and will show you some amazing options for lunch (optional extra). You will have the chance to sample some of the region's finest foods and beverages (optional extra).

Day 3 - Port Arthur Our final day of the tour we will transport you to and from the historical site of Port Arthur for a self-guided tour (approx 4 hours). Port Arthur covers more 100 acres of land and is full of old ruins and history dating back to 1830 and the convict era. This is a 7-hour round trip departing Hobart at 10:30am and returning around 5:30pm .
