This epic value family tour package is a perfect way to spend a sunny day on the Tasman Peninsula. Discover the mischievous past and explore the natural wonders of a perfectly rugged area rich in history and wonder. Your day begins with a convenient pickup at your Hobart accommodation from a small modern air conditioned bus. We then head to Richmond for an hours stop for refreshments and of course, that iconic photo next to Australia's oldest bridge.

The tour then heads to the coastline, where you will experience sweeping ocean views and the rugged Tasman Peninsula first hand. Take a step back and savour the views from Pirates Bay lookout before heading to pristine Eaglehawk Neck. We then take a walk along the beautiful Egg Beach tell you stories about the notorious convict "Dogline" about an attempted escape at Port Arthur. Along the way to Port Arthur we will stop off at breathtaking natural wonders such as the Remarkable cave, blowhole and Tasman Arch - unique geological formations that will have you in awe.

At Port Arthur, we will visit over 30 historic buildings and take a 25 minute harbour cruise to the Isle of the Dead - an island cemetery neighbouring Port Arthur. The tour is focussed on getting you the most out of Port Arthur, we will spend 4 hours walking and exploring here with visits to the popular museum old historic ruins, the huge penitentiary and the remaining shell of the Convict Church. A perfect day out for the family

Returns 6.30pm (6pm Winter)
