Bruny Island Day Tour

We had a great time, fantastic scenery, the lighthouse experience was unforgettable and the oysters and cheeses were beautiful. Lunch at the Bruny Island Hotel was also special. The only downside was that some of the places that we were supposed to visit were closed so will missed sampling their wares. Our tour guide Rob was very informative and humorous.

A great day out.

This Bruny Island tour was great. A small group which is always better. The samples of foods such as cheese, oysters, honey, fudge and cider tasting was good. The lighthouse tour was amazing with Adam our guide. It is an interesting island to have a look at and we'll worth doing on a guided tour.

Best Bruny Tour

Had a fantastic day trip, this tour really does give you everything, lots of good food, free lighthouse entry and lunch worth $30 or so, and we spotted a white wallaby! It was quite leisurely and relaxing, only a short walk to a lookout, a longer walk would have been nice but there is not time as there’s already so much to do :) The tour guide was super knowledgeable and kept us entertained with facts!

Fantastic Day; fantastic island!

This really is a jam-packed day and not for the faint-hearted (was 11-hrs between pick up and drop off for us). Everything about it is great; the scenery, the wildlife, the local produce. We could probably have done without the final two stops (which really are just to support the local producers of honey and chocolate so I do understand it).

From A Bounty on Bruny Island - Full Day Tour and Lighthouse experience

Thank you, Holly. Usually, the last two stops are for those that ask but also great tastings offered at the honey and fudge (Our very own exclusive tasting). We do like to support the local community and producers as much as possible. Spending a few dollars with them here and there goes a long way to improving the facilities for better enjoyment by all. We also help to market the island producers through all of our online media and print. We are very mindful not to make this a shopping experience and to offer you a well balanced full Bruny Island experience. Hence we pack lots into the day, including the Cape Bruny Lighthouse Tour (The only company offering this experience). Your pick up location dictates your day tour length. Usually, we leave Hobart by 7:20 am and back by 5:30 pm. If your pick up is out of Hobart your day could be a bit longer depending on if you are staying North or South of Hobart. But don't let that worry you when booking as we will get back to you with the best possible pick up point and you can relax on the day without the worry of driving.
