Prepare for a fun day outdoors getting back to nature on the Illawarra Fly Treetop Walk - one of Australia’s premier Rainforest experiences! Round up the entire family as this walk is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Take a glimpse of the beautiful native fauna and flora from the rainforest ground level before you set off on your 1.5km adventure through the rainforest. As you gently ascend, our incredible steel walkway will take you deeper into the forest giving you a unique view of its lush surroundings.
Once you are 20 - 30 metres off the ground the walkway takes you into a treetop canopy!
Along the way you will also encounter two swaying springboard cantilevers suspended 25 metres above the ground. Although you are completely safe you cannot help but feel thrilled and excited at the challenge!
Finally, the walk culminates at the Knights Tower - a spiral tower that rises 45 metres above the forest floor offering stunning views of all your surroundings, including the Rainforest canopy, Royal National Park and Lake Illawarra.

Stunning
Not sure what I expected but this was well worth the stop on our way south from Sydney. Absolutely amazing. You can go at your own pace and the views are stunning.
