A fusion of history, heritage and culture awaits you at The Rocks…and rum!

Highlights

  • Become an insider in the Rocks, Sydney's oldest neighbourhood
  • Hob between three unique local pubs, fuelled by tantalising historical tales
  • Check out Sydney's sights from a different perspective
  • Indulge in a few glasses of local craft beers

Join us for one of Sydney's best selling walking tours!

Cut from the sandstone cliffs towering above Sydney Harbour, The Rocks became Australia’s first neighbourhood. The chronicles of the convicts who settled here form the beginning of what is now a hotbed of metro culture with cafes, restaurants and bars lining the streets alleyways

On our walking tour you’ll hear tales of the first breweries, edge of your seat villainous legends and, of course, the rum rebellion!

The Rocks is rich with social activity and we’ll make stops along the way at classic local spots, exploring back alleys for photo opportunities and stories of survival.

Then it’s on to the lesser known areas to visit an archaeological site of much significance and one final beer as a group.

This is a relaxed and friendly tour, with a professional approach to the sophisticated Rocks bar scene. Each tour showcases the historical pub scene as well as contemporary venues. We’ll recommend numerous venues while you get a taste of history, heritage and culture.
