Get ready for a day of discovery, packed with plenty of stunning sights and visits to natural wonders which are a must to see on the bucket list!

Sit back and relax as your experienced driver collects you in an air-conditioned coach to start the days adventures.

We’ll start with a visit to Leura, a quaint village in the Blue Mountains region that is home to lovely antique shops, galleries, and bookstores. Breathe in the fresh mountain air and soak up the scenery as you explore, and maybe enjoy a delicious lunch from the local “Loaves & Dishes” Café.

We’ll travel through the capital of the Blue Mountains, Katoomba and stop at an amazing lookout with the best views of dramatic cliffs, deep canyons, and lush vegetation. You’re bound to get that postcard-worthy photo here!

Next up we’ll check out the view of the famous Three Sisters where you can take a moment to watch as the shifting sun casts its beams across the rock face - what a sight to behold!

The scenery along the cliff drive is equally as stunning as we head to Jenolan Caves where you’ll be greeted by your friendly, experienced guide. Get ready for beauty overload as you explore the oldest known cave system in the world, with its amazing lighting, underground rivers and limestone formations. You’ll also see Lucas Cave, otherwise known as ‘The Cathedral’ due to its being the largest of the Jenolan Caves. Its highest chamber reaches 54 meters high!

To finish the day, we’ll journey into the deep valley with its majestic Blue Lake, leading through a limestone tunnel and the Grand Arch – yet another great photo opportunity! What a day! You’ll finish on a high with fantastic memories to be treasured.

Notes

  • Moderate level of fitness required. Guests must be able to walk unassisted. Not recommended for guests with mobility difficulties. No baby prams or strollers access through any of the caves and use of backpack child carriers are strongly advised against during cave tours.
  • Child Age 15 years and under. Please note a person 16 - 17 years must be accompanied by a person 18 years or older. Pick up is available from selected hotels.
