Poor experience and lack of organization

The whole experience for snorkelers wasn’t great at all. The company took the divers and snorkelers out in ocean in the same time so there were hours of waiting around for divers to put on gears and going out again for 2nd dive. Most of the snorkelers on board ending up being sick as ocean was choppy and the wait was way too long! Some didn’t even get in the water as they were way too sick to snorkel. The whole experience for my family was poor and lack of organization. And it was not a 4 hour trip as they were waiting around for hours to get going at the start. The company should separate the dive and snorkel trip or be clear on their website at the beginning. The team worked on the cruise was apologetic and easy to deal with but the lady manager in store wasn’t pleasant nor helpful at all. I would not recommend this trip to people who wants to snorkel.
