This is my second time coming here, the last time being 6 years ago and how the staff treat you was exactly the same and its always really nice. The skydiving instructor makes sure you are calm and prepared, keeping chitchat up while you are in the plane, keeping your nerves down. If you book through BookMe, make sure you contact them about when you plan on arriving! They don't tell you to do it, however we got a call on the day saying we didn't get in contact with them, they aren't busy today and don't have many flights coming out, and asked us to get there at a time we couldn't achieve (make sure you also realise that Byron Bay is an hour ahead of the Gold Coast due to timezones).
