Travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned 4WD coach as you visit stunning sites like Lake McKenzie, 75 Mile Beach, and the Maheno shipwreck. This tour also includes exclusive stops at the Champagne Pools and a hike to Lake Wabby, making it a unique adventure.
Your journey begins with a smooth pickup, so be sure to confirm your location and time with the K’gari Explorer Reservation Team. The tour includes shared dormitory accommodations with ensuite facilities, providing a cozy and social atmosphere, or choose hotel style accomodation, twin or double private room. During your stay, enjoy access to resort amenities like free Wi-Fi, a lagoon-style pool, and dining options.

Accomodation:
Enjoy an evening at K’gari Beach Resort, located on the shores of the spectacular 75 Mile Beach.
Shared dormitory rooms are allocated to males and females and contain:
- A private ensuite with bathroom and shower facilities.
- Four comfortable, cozy bunks.
- A friendly, social environment.
- Full access to the resort's facilities.
Twin/Double Room option:
- Standard hotel room (non air-conditioned) atK’gari Beach Resort, room upgrades are available
- Full access to the resort's facilities.
During your stay, be sure to make the most of the many facilities including free wifi in the resort's main building, tennis courts, general store, the famous Eurong Bakery, a lagoon-style swimming pool, and the best place to unwind at the end of a day full of adventure, McKenzie’s on 75 Bar & Restaurant.
Itinerary
- Day 1: Pickup from Rainbow Beach between 7am and 8am, travel to K'gari, overnight accommodation at K'Gari Beach Resort
- Day 2: Breakfast, return journey to Rainbow Beach between 5-5.30pm
- Sites visited throughout the 2 days are: Central Station, Lake McKenzie, 75 Mile Beach, Eli Creek, Maheno Shipwreck, The Pinnacles Coloured Sands, Champagne Pools, Trek Lake Wabby (Optional)
