Bad Weather Refunds

If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the bad weather, safety concerns, unscheduled maintenance etc) you will be entitled to a full refund.

Cancellation Policy:Bookings cancelled more than 24 hrs prior to departure will receive a 100% REFUND on their transfer.
Bookings cancelled less than 24 hrs prior to departure or failure to meet on time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
