Bad Weather Refunds

If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the bad weather, safety concerns, unscheduled maintenance etc) you will be entitled to a full refund.

Please arrive 30 mins prior to your booking time
Any children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult on the boat
Parasailing may be cancelled or rescheduled due to minimum numbers or bad weather conditions that could affect your safety.
Due to the increase in diesel prices we have had to introduce a small fuel surcharge. This is $2.50 AUD per person payable at check-in. This is not included in Bookme's pricing.
Any booking changes on the customers behalf within 48hrs of the booking will incur a 50% fee of the original ticket amount, no cancellations or refunds will be given within 48hrs orNo Shows..This is in addition to Bookme's T&C's
