Exciting trip!

We really enjoyed our whale watching trip with the Spirit of Gold Coast crew yesterday. Although we had to travel quite a distance out to see the whales, it was amazing seeing them calmly cruising through the water, and finally one of them breached not far from us which was a thrilling moment for us. Would definitely recommend!

Underwhelming

We saw a couple of spout exhausts and one whale at quite a distance away, near another boat, but it disappeared before we got closer. No return experience tickets were issued and it was a very under whelming experience. No photos taken as it would be all water.

The worst trip ever

The unprofessional, disengaged staff, unsafe conditions and vessel and no whales made this experience like an episode of holidays from hell. Most people were sick and good luck getting any crew help. No refund and who would take the offer of doing all this again in the hope of seeing a whale? Would give no stars!
