Loved being treated like a VIP especially with the quick entry to the zoo and the behind the scenes tour of the zoo hospital. Have been to Australia Zoo several times and this time was just as wonderful as the last - the zoo is very well run, always clean and tidy and the animals are treated well. The zoo grounds are stunning. Highly recommend this tour to others :)
