Notes

Before the Tour:
- Ensure you have received a confirmation of your booking via email.
- Familiarize yourself with the pickup time and location. If you are staying at a CBD hotel, complimentary pickup is available.
- Please be ready and waiting at your pickup location 5 minutes priorto the scheduled time.
On the Day of the Tour:
- The tour operates in two time slots: 7:45 AM - 11:45 AM or 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM. Make sure you know which time you are booked for.
- Due to NSW/Australian laws, food and drinks cannot be consumed on the vehicle. Please finish all food and beverages before your pickup time.
- A professional driver/guide will be with you in a luxury VW Caravelle or Multivan.
- The tour will conclude at Bondi Beach, or you can choose to be driven back to the city (Circular Quay or Darling Harbour).
Fitness Requirement:
- A basic standard level of fitness is required for this tour, so please ensure you are in suitable condition to participate.
Cancellation Policy:
- We have a 100% cancellation policy if you cancel at least 72 hours before the tour. Cancellations made 4-7 days prior will incur a 50% charge. This is in addition to Bookme's T's & C's
- Please note that we cannot control the weather, which can be unpredictable in the Blue Mountains, located 100 km from Sydney.
